As all our products are custom made, we only issues refunds or accept returns in very specific circumstances.
Faulty Products
Returns will be accepted if they are received and are demonstrated as being faulty. Please contact us if this is the case, return postage is at the customer’s own cost.

Failed Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure the address you give us is correct. Failure to check your address, or providing incorrect or incomplete address information may result in loss of the item with no refund.
In the event that your order has not arrived 30 days after postage, please contact us immediately, and we will be able to track your order, and advise you on our next steps. Where an order is confirmed to be lost by the delivery company, we will offer a replacement (if one is available), or a refund.
